Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Meridian subscriptions and to one-time prepaid credit packs, both sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. It supplements Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

2. Request window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge. Send the request to admin@axyra.one or use the support link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include the account email, order or invoice reference, and the reason for the request. Never send card details or an exchange API key.

3. How requests are assessed

Requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline a discretionary refund where the subscription has been substantially used, the request shows fraud or refund abuse, or the law does not require a refund. Technical failure, duplicate billing, or a service materially different from its description weighs in favour of a refund.

4. Processing and access

Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund under its own buyer terms or to prevent a chargeback. When a full refund is confirmed, paid access ends immediately. Canceling without a refund normally leaves access active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Credit packs

A credit is a prepaid allowance to use Meridian's own computing capacity. It is a software-usage allowance — not money, not a stored-value instrument, not a deposit and not a share of any profit. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

A refund of a credit pack withdraws its unspent value from your balance. Credits already consumed have been spent on work we have already performed and are not recoverable; where consumption exceeds the amount being reversed, the shortfall is recorded against the account rather than undone. The 14-day window and the assessment in sections 2 and 3 apply to a pack exactly as they apply to a subscription.

Two things happen without a refund request, and are not refunds: included credits granted with a plan expire at the end of the cycle that granted them and do not roll over; purchased credits are frozen for 30 days — not destroyed — if your plan falls back to Free, and return if you resubscribe inside that window.

We do not charge for compute that runs on your own device, for our own infrastructure failures, or for any action that reduces your risk. Those are never grounds for a refund because they were never charged.
