PUBLIC READING
Read the market before you operate it.
Use the Research journal to frame a question, inspect model evidence and carry a clear interpretation into the chart.
THE JOURNAL
Research is the context layer
Research pages are the public reading surface for Meridian models. They organize valuation, cycle, technical, network and composite questions before you enter a member workspace.
A model is a lens, not a verdict. Read the question it answers, the inputs it needs and the time horizon it describes before comparing it with another lens.
- ValueQuestions about cost basis, exchange flows, miner economics, holder growth and blockspace demand.
- QuantQuestions about cycle ensembles, regression, risk-adjusted trend and composite agreement.
- TechnicalQuestions about market activity, cycle position and volatility regime from price and flow data.

How to read a model page
Start with the model question
The title and tagline tell you what the model is trying to measure. Do not substitute the headline for the actual question.
Check the category and tags
Use the catalog filters and tags to find related lenses, then compare like with like rather than mixing unrelated scales.
Read the chart as a series of states
Look for regime, persistence, dispersion and changes in the underlying measure. A single mark is rarely the whole record.
Carry the interpretation forward
If the model changes your question, open the linked chart context rather than treating the research page as the execution surface.

FIND YOUR LENS
Catalog filters are a starting point
The Research index exposes broad filters so you can reduce the catalog before reading individual pages.
| Filter | Use it for | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| All | See the complete live model journal. | That every model measures the same thing. |
| Quant | Find normalized, ranked or composite reads. | That a higher score is a trade instruction. |
| Technical | Find price, volume, liquidity and volatility lenses. | That price-only evidence explains fundamentals. |
| Value | Find valuation, network and supply questions. | That a valuation band is a timing guarantee. |
INTERPRETATION
Historical evidence is not a forecast
Some models describe conditional history, such as what happened after a past state. That is useful for understanding the record, but it is not a promise about the next 90 days or the next year.
Keep the model name, observation window and data availability attached when you quote a value. If a page is loading, empty or unavailable, treat that as a data state to resolve—not as a market state.
