Write the decision down while you still believe it
The reason a decision was made stops being recoverable almost immediately. Review exists so the reasoning is captured at the moment it is held - before the outcome has rewritten your memory of it.
That is why Capture is a floating window available from anywhere in the family rather than a form on one page. The cost of writing something down has to be lower than the cost of not bothering.

A case and a frozen session are subjects, not rooms
A single case or a frozen session opens outside the six rooms and keeps its own identity with a way back. Their state is meaningless without a subject, so posing as a seventh tab would misdescribe what they are.
Analytics reads the record you actually kept. It cannot describe decisions you never captured, which makes the honesty of the journal the limiting factor on everything this family can tell you.
A journal entry is only evidence if it was written before the answer arrived. Add a follow-up rather than rewriting the original - the gap between the two is the most useful thing in the record.
